accident in a rental car you must inform the rental company. When one or
more people have suffered injury the Garda (Police) must be informed.

Breakdowns:
Most car hire companies offer
a 24hr breakdown service. If you have a breakdown you just ring the
emergency number given to you when you collect the car.

Motorbikes

It is not possible to rent
motorbikes in Ireland.

in almost every village and town depending on size.

Road Rules
In Ireland
we drive on the left and traffic from the right has right of
way. Parking is not allowed on double yellow lines, and parking on single
yellow lines is forbidden during business hours.

Limits
In the
Republic Ireland and in Northern Ireland the following speed limits apply:
